IDBI Bank is one of the most stably based banks in India that under take a written entrance exam for the post of Probationary Officer as more famously known as PO. The question paper compromises of different aspects that test the general mind frame of the appearing candidates.
The question paper comprises of questions from General Knowledge, Data Relation, Data Interpretation and Representation, Logical ability and such others. The question paper also contains part that is dedicated to essay writing that test the general writing skills of the individuals and their suitability in the Bank environment.
The question paper of the IDBI PO entrance exam is ideally divided into two parts. One part test the English Language as well as understanding and writing skills of the individual candidates, that primarily forms a major part, and the other is more oriented in the Mathematical analysis that contains simple interest sum and problems on Profit and Loss and Geometry, this part is not so extensively covered. One of the features of the question paper is the availability of the Multiple Type Questions that is covered in the General Knowledge segment in which the candidates have to choose the right answer from the given sets of options.
