Recruitment of Research Scientists and Junior Research Fellows under DST scheme for Open Technology and CAD Activities in National Informatics Centre.
For Open Technology Centre (OTC) and Computer Aided Design (CAD) activities, it is proposed to hire Project based Research Scientists and Junior Research Fellows in the grade of :
1. Research Scientist- Grade-II (RS-II)
Age Limit : 35 years
Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600-39,100 with GP of Rs. 6,600.
Qualification :
MCA OR MSc (Computer-Science/IT/Software-Engineering/Electronics and Communications)
2. Research Scientist- Grade-I (RS-I)
Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600-39,100 with GP of Rs. 5,400
Age Limit: 30 years
Qualification :
MCA OR MSc (Computer-Science/IT/Software-Engineering/Electronics and Communications)
OR
Fresh Candidates with a qualification of M.Tech/ ME in Engineering discipline.
3. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Pay Scale : Rs. 16,000+ HRA
Age Limit: 30 years
Qualification :
OTC - Fresh Candidates with a qualification of B.E/B.Tech in Engineering discipline OR MCA OR MSc (Computer-Science/IT/Software-Engineering/Electronics and Communications).
Candidates should also have GATE or NET Qualification.
Candidates should have awareness/knowledge on Open Source/Open Standard. Candidates who have done Student Projects based on Open Source/Open Standard will be given preference.
CAD (Development) - Fresh Candidates with a qualification of B.E/B.Tech in Engineering discipline OR MCA OR MSc (Computer-Science/IT/Software-Engineering/Electronics and Communications).
Candidates should have awareness/knowledge of Geometry for Software Development. Candidates who have done Student Projects based on CAD Software Development using Java/ Java 3D / C++ will be given preference.
CAD (Modeling) - Fresh Candidates with a qualification of B.E/B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical related areas).
Candidates should have awareness/knowledge of CAD Modeling. Candidates who have done Student Projects based on CAD / CAM /PLM Software will be given preference.
