• Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200
• Age : Not Exceeding 40 years as upon 01.01.2011 (Relaxable as per rules)
• Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering from a famous & conjectural establishment with smallest 3 years of knowledge in a margin of Construction & Maintenance of Residential / Institute Buildings .
