RBI from time to time announces various jobs in the bank. The Selection process of RBI Jobs will be done normally through bank examinations and applicants have to go through the RBI Examination phases.
RBI examination process will be in form of three different phases, first phase of the RBI Exams will be of objective test which will be carried out for a duration of 2hours, second phase will be of descriptive test which will be carried out with duration of 3hrs, third and final phase for getting selected for RBI Jobs will be by clearing the Personal Interview.
Selection Pattern/Process in (RBI) Reserve Bank of India:
The selection process of Reserve Bank of India varies from other public sector banks.
The selection process for RBI-Grade B Posts is processed as 3 phases - Phases of RBI Exams
- The first Phase will be Objective Test.
The Objective type test will be conducted in the month of October.
2. The second Phase will be Descriptive Test.
Based on the results of objective test the candidates who have scored the minimum marks in each test will be called for Phase 2 – Descriptive test, which is slightly to be held early months in the year 2010.
3. The third phase will be of Direct Interview.
Direct Interview for the candidates will be conducted based on the candidate’s performance in phase 2-descriptive test.
